Maintenance release v.6.82 for Android TV and Fire TV

This is mostly bugfix release, preventing app from crashing sometimes during seek or just after media stop.

Also a new feature was introduced for users that play online video streams using Vimu. Now HLSv4 and MPEG-DASH streams can be played with the help of ExoPlayer2.
